The Xiaomi Mi max 2 is going to be the most affordable out of the smartphones trio. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 was rumoured earlier instead of the current Snapdragon 626 chipset. Also, it is expected to see Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone along with Xiaomi Mi Max 2. Xiaomi is all set to surprise us next week with the release of the Mi Max 2, claims a new report from China.
Moreover, Snapdragon 626 edges over its SD625 sibling while providing the same battery efficiency. There is a 5000mAh battery to keep the lights on throughout the day.
The screen retains the same FHD resolution and Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Also, there is a Sony’s IMX378 sensor the same on the Xiaomi Mi 5s. Atleast, there will a 5MP camera for selfie and video chats.
The new Mi Max 2 costs between CNY 1499 and CNY 1699 which is the same as $215 and $245. The cost is affordable as it is within the ballpark. The estimates are in accordance with the local prices so you must account some shipping and other taxes as well.
